How the order can be cancelled? (PRODUCT)

It is possible to your cancel your order. Please be sure to cancel your order within 6 hrs ( time mentioned is approx) of the payment transaction. As we start the Mock-up model right way once the customer gives confirmation. We always insist customers to make sure of the product they order and snap they want on it. Once the mock-up model is done 90% of the job is completed. It just needed to be imprinted or embossed on the customer's chosen product. Cancellation after mock-up model is strictly no-go.

How long the manufacturing of our products takes place? (DELIVERY)

In DEVI gifts we deal with 200+ varieties of products. On daily basis 100+ varieties getting dispatched. We normally take 2-4 working days for manufacturing the product. In case of FMCG ( Fast Moving Consumer Goods... Sublimation product, Photo Frames, Laser cut Products, customized ( clock, BT speaker, Digital clock ) we prepare and dispatch in a Day or TWO itself. But we do take time to make sure that the product is as per customers expectations and reaches them on time.

What if the delivery gets delayed?

It never gets delayed. We assure that. But as mentioned in our shipping policy there were times that goes beyond human control like... FORCE MAJEURE / COVID 19 restrictions. We do follow up with our courier partners to make sure that the products reaches customer on time. Having said that we do put a word to inform that some delay happen while reaching rural areas. In such case, we request the customer to contact us or the courier direct as the AWB ( Air Way Bill) is given to the customer once it got dispatched EX-works.

Still we do our best to bring the feelings into perspective. We always request the customer to send the best or the clear snap they have. In photography, there goes criteria like Dimensions, lighting, color and other properties plays a major role. In monochrome pics, we slog our guts out to convert it to the colour one. But still, some properties may not sync. DEVI gifts always do the best to satisfy the customer to the max.

How safe our personal photos and details with DEVI gifts? (PRIVACY)

Very Safe. As you know that once the confirmation we got from the customer we start manufacturing your desired style of product. once dispatch is done we keep your photos for the next 27 days just for the sake of unexpected events like.. damage, loss, RTO, you name it... If everything went as per our plan and if the customer request to delete the photos once they receive the product we will do it at once. We just the keep the snap for the customer's sake alone. We from DEVI gifts request the customers, not very often, to publicize the snap for the add sake. It will be advertised if only the customer agrees with us. Please kindly be informed that the privacy policies mentioned on our websites are only meant for the customers order the product through our website. Through other sources are totally exempted.

How the damaged product to be handled? (Product)

The unboxing video of the damaged product is compulsory and We will investigate the issue,if at all damaged, and proceed further for Refund or New Product Replacement. So we request and recommend all our customers to take a video while unboxing to make sure that our guidelines are followed so as to smoothen the refund process. please kindly be sure that no pause or fabrication is appreciated while unboxing is being filmed.

Can we change the picture that we sent?

Yes. you can. But make sure that while reviewing your mock-up copy you need to be certain. If there is any changes to be made it can be done at this level. After that it's one-way street. once we start the manufacturing it cant be reversed. Please be informed that mock-up can be done once for customer review as the alignment is very sensitive in this printing game. The customer cooperation is highly appreciated in this.
