Refund Policy Guidelines:

  • For Refunds, the unboxing video of the damaged product is compulsory and We will investigate the issue,if at all damaged, and proceed further for Refund or New Product Replacement. So we request and recommend all our customers to take a video while unboxing to make sure that our guidelines are followed so as to smoothen the refund process.
  • 100% Refund or New product replacement will be made in case of any mishap that happened on our behalf like... wrong texts or wrong photos or wrong product .... which is deviating from the digital preview copy confirmed by you.
  • we request our esteemed customers to help us to provide the best service by providing information regarding the damaged or misleading parcel within 48 hrs from the date of receipt.
  • Refund will be remitted to the bank account or UPI from which the money has been transferred to our account. In case of the customer requesting DEVI gifts to remit the refund to a different bank account or UPI, it will be done, if the customer authenticates the above from the registered mobile or E-mail id.
